This morning' I awoke with a Song upon My Lips.
It made no allowances,
For the intricacies of morning matters and chatters.
It simply rung out with a sweetness,
So loud

From whence it came,
I know not.
But what I do know,
Tis' was not there;
When I lay me down to sleep.
In its' absence, was Noise and Confusion;
Sadness and Disillusion
No Song

But, this morning I awoke with a Song upon My Lips.
It came with such an urgency.
A sense of purpose.
Composed of melodies unknown,
Whispered Truths between every line and verse
Yes! a Song.

"Remember Me"

Remember Me,
While you're there.
Remember My name,
Above all other names.

Remember our covenant.
The one where,
I spoke I do'.
And you said me too'.
Remember Me.

There will be distractions,
Lots of distractions.
Noise,
Lots of noise.
But remember Me.

Remember My hands,
Woven into your hands.
My heart, your heart.

Remember our walks,
Our talks,
Our long talks.
Remember Me.

If you're ever lonely,
Look to the Son,
I gave you.

And in Him,
See Me.
And Remember Me

"Song of a Separatist"

"Song of a Separatist"

I have something to say
Can You hear me.
I really want to say something.
Can You see me.

It’s important; I think,
No, I know it is.
Should I shout it;
Or maybe I’ll whisper it.

Whatever, However
I have to say it.
Can You…

Are you listening.

I'm serious.
Are You there,
I have to say it.

I must say it.
Just a minute,
I mustn’t rush
Yes, I must.

It’s urgent,
Way down.
Get ready,
It's coming.
Here it is... You are Lord!
You___ are Lord!

"Speak Life"

Speak Life

Let there be___
A great utterance,
Piercing.
Way down within;
Way, way down within.

Let there be__
An awakening of the silent.
Oh' you brotheren of Zacharias
Rise__ up,
Open your mouths

Let there be___

A great call into the deep;
Each depth measured,
Not by sight, but by faith.

Let there be___
A vibration so great;
That the proud fall,
To where the humble stand.

Let there be___
Standing room only,
At the congregation
Of new bones.

Let there be___
Silence in the mouths
of the neigh sayers

Let there be __
Only Your word spoken.

Your word spoken.

Let there be___
Life

"Day of the Flower"

The beholder,
He who holds
Much influence.
Yet, has no power.
He sees the day
And watches the night.
But never the two, once.
Senseless is how he
Spends his time.
Accumulating much,
And yet having little.
High is where he sees.
Low is where he reigns.
He reads of the deep
Yet, speaks from the shallow.
Oh’ you little man.
Open your mouth.
And proclaim the day,
Day of the Flower.
